Unfortunately, all purchases are final. This is due to the fact that it could be possible to access online content and copy it illegally.  If you have purchased a course, we are unable to issue refunds in most instances.

 

There are some exceptions we have identified that may arise:

  • When someone may have inadvertently purchased the same course twice with the same ID.
  • Where the same user logs in with two different IDs, and ends up purchasing the same course more than once.
  • Where a user purchases a course, but their employer already has, or sets up a group licence within 30 days of purchase.
