Unfortunately, all purchases are final. This is due to the fact that it could be possible to access online content and copy it illegally. Â If you have purchased a course, we are unable to issue refunds in most instances.
There are someÂ exceptions we have identified that may arise:
- When someone may have inadvertently purchased the same course twice with the same ID.
- Where the same user logs in with two different IDs, and ends up purchasing the same course more than once.
- Where a user purchases a course, but their employer already has, or sets up a group licence within 30 days of purchase.
- In all the above cases,
- There may be other instances above which we have not considered, and we will update these as they arise.
